Release to adjust balance.

Changelog:

Gemstone Dragon	- Value decreased from 400 -> 300
Pearlescent Dragon	- Value decreased from 200 -> 150 - Spawn rate reduced from 28% -> 25% - Minimum weight reduced from 30.0 -> 20.0 - Maximum weight reduced from 70.0 -> 50.0
Blossom Dragon	- Spawn rate reduced from 28% -> 25% - Eggs can no longer be blue
Vespa Dragon	- Value decreased from -200 -> -350 - Spawn rate increased from 28% -> 34% - Eggs can now be blue - Shake rate range increased by 50%: from quickly-rapidly to moderately-rapidly - Minimum weight increased from 0.1 -> 50.0 - Maximum weight decreased from 90.0 -> 80.0

These changes were made to incentivize the use of the scale and thermometer and make rapid random guessing less advantageous.
